Susan (Suzy) Eppling

 Suzy is the clinical director of Online OTs and CBIT Therapy and a licensed occupational therapist. Her journey into the field began while volunteering at an orphanage in Tianjin, China.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Suzy was among the first health professionals to recognize and address the emergence of a mass sociogenic illness characterized by sudden-onset, persistent tic-like behaviors. Often referred to as “TikTok tics,” this condition was associated with exposure to social media content in which influencers displayed tic-like behaviors.
