CBIT Therapy is a compassionate and goal-focused online occupational therapy practice. We specialize in treating conditions that have repetitive behaviors and support patients with tics related to Tourette Syndrome, Vocal and Motor Tic Disorders, and Functional Neurological Disorder. We also support patients with Body-Focused Repetitive Behavior (BFRB) such as nail biting, hair pulling (Trichotillomania) and skin picking. Our telehealth practice accepts Mass General Brigham Health Plan and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, and private pay. We offer CBIT, ComB, and various other forms of Habit Reversal Training and sensory awareness guidance to address tics and BFRB.
